One factory. Every genre.

Petty Capitalists

A scheming cat in a cardigan wants to own the city. His golden retriever wants a stick. Their human only hears meows. Every frame, voice, laugh and cut was written, filmed and edited by the factory, directed from a chat with an agent.

Video Factory by Your Agent

Your agent writes it. The machine films it. You approve the idea, the script, the cast and the budget. Nothing else.

Four gates. Nothing is spent on video until you approve the idea, the script, the cast and the Production Book.

How it works

From one sentence to a finished video

Six steps. The calls are yours.

The factory works like a real production: audio first, storyboards before footage, a budget before any money is spent, and quality control before anything reaches you.

You approve01

The script

A writers' room pass with real comedy and drama craft: a premise, a game, a beat map, a punch-up and a scored rubric. You read it and say yes, or ask for changes.

Free02

The radio cut

Every line is voiced with ElevenLabs and timed with laughs, music or pauses. The audio sets how long each shot runs, so the pacing is right before any picture exists.

≈ $0.08 / scene03

The storyboard

One GPT Image 2.5 grid per scene, built from locked character sheets and set plates, then cut into an animatic you can watch.

You approve04

The Production Book

One page with the script, boards, animatic, exact prompts and the cost. Approving it locks the budget in code. Nothing more is spent without your yes.

≈ $0.04 / second05

The shoot

Each scene is filmed in one multi-shot generation, all scenes in parallel. A vision judge checks positions, physics, dialogue, light and geography on every take.

Free06

The edit

Tight cuts, unified voices, captions, laughs or music, a series intro and outro, loudness and a final QC. You get the mp4 and an updated Production Book.

Typical turnaround: about 15 minutes from your approval to the finished video.

The main format set

Ten formats, ten playbooks

Pick a tape. Press record.

Each format ships with its own playbook: what makes it work, how to write it, the pacing numbers and a QC checklist. Start a new conversation for each new format.

Plus cinematic shorts. Long-form meditations render 30 minutes of 1080p in about 5 minutes, because the scenes loop seamlessly.

Rated R for Radical

Built after real productions went wrong

It won't burn your money.

Every safeguard below exists because a production once failed without it.

RBudget lock

Approving the Production Book locks the spend in code, counting jobs already in flight. Rerolls need your explicit yes.

RNo double billing

Every paid task is saved the moment it starts. If anything crashes or times out, the next run collects the result instead of paying again.

RContinuity judge

A vision model checks every take for characters in the wrong place, bodies inside furniture, wrong light and missing lines.

ROne voice per character

Every line is re-voiced in the character's official voice, so the cast sounds the same in every episode.

RCheapest model that works

Live prices from Kie.ai, and the cheapest model that keeps the quality: GPT Image 2.5 and Seedance 2 Mini by default.

RYour keys stay home

Keys live in a local .env file. They are never printed, committed or sent anywhere but the two providers.

Open source and MIT licensed. Read every line of it on GitHub.

Questions

Before you press play

What do I need?

A coding agent (Claude Code or Codex), a Kie.ai account for images, video and music, and an ElevenLabs account for voices. Your agent installs Node, ffmpeg and Python for you if they are missing.

How much does a video cost?

A 30–60 second short usually costs $1 to $5 in Kie.ai credits. A 30-minute meditation costs about $2, because the picture loops. Voices are billed by ElevenLabs. You always see the exact estimate before anything is spent.

How do I install it?

Open Claude Code or Codex and paste: Install https://github.com/LordVayron/video-factory and set it up for me. Your agent clones it, installs everything, checks your machine and asks you five questions about what you want to make.

Can I make my own series?

Yes. The factory locks each character's look, voice and seat, plus the sets and a series intro, so episode ten looks and sounds like episode one. Petty Capitalists is one example.

Can I use my face, my product or my brand?

Yes: your own photos and voice for an AI influencer, or your product shots for UGC ads. It refuses real public figures, copyrighted characters and brands you don't own.

Who owns what I make?

You do, under the terms of Kie.ai and ElevenLabs. The factory itself is MIT licensed, so you can change it however you like.

More in the README and the formats guide.
